I’ve lived this work...

 

I’ve walked through deep grief, identity loss, burnout, and quiet reinvention more times than I can count.

Becoming a mother. Losing people I love. Moving homes, shifting businesses, shedding titles. Letting go of versions of myself I didn’t even realize I was still holding onto, the list goes on.

Through it all, I kept showing up; for myself, for my daughter, and for others.

Over the past 13+ years, I’ve worked with children, families, and now leaders and visionaries to walk through transitions and reconnect to who they really are beneath the noise. I’ve studied NLP, Time Line Therapy, many healing modalities and mindfulness, but most of all I’ve lived what I teach.

I leaned into everything I’d once taught children about emotional regulation, communication, and nervous system support and began applying it to my own adult healing. And you know what? It worked. It helped me heal. It helped me understand how to move forward in my life in a more aligned, empowered and conscious way, and I want to help you understand how to do that too.

So I put together an 8-week journey to kickstart that process.

What This Journey Looks Like

Week 1: Emotional Anchoring & Vision Mapping Session

We get oriented with the journey we'll be taking together. Then we'll gather a snapshot of your life, what’s felt heavy, and what’s been rising that you might not have had time or space to process.

Weeks 2–6: Time Line Therapy for Emotional Releases

We work with your subconscious to gently release the 5 core emotional anchors: anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt, without reliving or rehashing painful memories.

Week 7: Integration & Reflection

We gather what’s shifted, name what you’re ready to release, and we claim the parts of you you’re ready to reclaim. This is a special session that brings the whole process together before stepping into the final stage.

Week 8: Goal Setting & Future Pacing

From this place of clarity and calm, we anchor new intentions, new vision, and new aligned next steps. You’ll also have the option to continue with deeper support if desired, to walk out your next steps.
